A high-quality dairy product produced from pasteurized sour cream fermented by yoghurt culture. Due to its pleasant mildly sour flavour and thickened creamy texture, it is widely used in cooking. Pavlaka by Šabac can be used for preparing various meals, sauces, sweet and salty side dishes. It is often part of a balanced breakfast as a spread or used for preparing gravies for pies and other traditional dishes in our country. It can also be added in sourdoughs to ensure puffy structure.
